Quick and painless. Perhaps went too quickly. Should have asked more questions to the CEO and his leadership style. Otherwise, it was very straightforward. A phone call with the team, and then a Skype with the CEO

Entretien
I serendipitously met the art director through a mutual friend, and she was able to speed along the interview process. I sent her my online portfolio, which she passed along to came in for an interview, where I presented my loved the vibe of the team, and she called me later that week with an offer. I started at the beginning of the next week. It all happened really fast but was a great experience.

Entretien
Pretty basic. Apparently their design team is pretty new so they just hire based off of how they feel. My resume or portfolio was not even reviewed during my interview process. I had known some people on the team before working there and they knew I worked hard and had a desire to learn. That's the most important thing they are looking for!
