This is not a serious company. Recruiter e-mailed hours before scheduled interview to say that they don't feel good and asked to reschedule. I said fine and asked them to reschedule whenever it convenient for them. Then they ghosted me. I spoke directly to the hiring manager and hiring manager said that this recruiter is pretty clueless and has a history of doing this.
