At the time I applied the interview and hiring process took roughly 3-4wks. 5 solid references, interview itself was well done I thought. First was with head manager followed by a tour of the plant. If they want to proceed a 2nd interview more in depth with the head of HR and again head department manager. Overall worth it. Not a too involved interview process but it certainly helps weed out the unqualified they way they conduct it
