The interviewer was extremely professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to work with. We had a short phone screening. During the following week, I came in for a ~30 minute in-person interview, then I took a ~15 minute skills test on the computer. I decided to find a temporary role closer to where I live, so I did not move forward with the interviewing process afterwards. However, it is a great nonprofit and an attractive position.
