A fairly straightforward interview process. The recruiter called, said she liked my credentials. Within a couple of weeks, there was a follow up call/email saying the hiring manager wanted to speak. The interview consisted of three team members - two asked all the questions while the third was on the phone and didn't speak. Questions were straightforward and lot of time for Q and A on my part. During the initial phone screening, the recruiter was straightforward with all the info: benefits, salary, etc. However, she mentioned how she doesn't like when candidates get all the way through the process, are offered a job, then say no. Sometimes, that's part of life, Overall, seems like a great company.
