I talked to HNTB at a college career fair and had an interview scheduled with them two weeks later. It was a virtual interview with 2 project engineers in the office I was interviewing for. About 2 weeks later I received an offer.

Consisted of multiple interviews with staff from desired department. Then a final interview with department and upper management. Very professional and good company culture was apparent throughout the process. Talked about relevant subjects from resume along with standard interview questions.
Simple and pretty easy interview. Phone interview and office interview. Standard and straightforward questions. They really want to know what you want to do and how you can help the team you’re joining
