A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and we casually chatted over the phone about the position and HNTB for about 15-20 minutes. Shortly after applying, I was asked to come in for an interview at the office. The interview lasted about 45-50 minutes and was conducted by 2 managers. I was offered the position 2 days later.
