Got hired at a job fair, hired on the spot. Because the restaurant is in the airport the hiring process is longer than normal and the airport has a separate hiring process that requires testing but started training pretty quickly and test was fairly simple

I had one interview, the manager asked why did I want the job. We talked about my experience and qualifications. There is room for opportunity if you want it and you try.
