Prescreening with a recruiter, prior to being scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. After the interview, I was informed that the recruiter would update candidates after all interviews were completed.

I started with a phone interview with the recruiter, Was flown out to do a face to face interview with the Hiring Director and the Vice President. The interview lasted 5 hours. Since it would have been a transfer from one division to the next, I came with the company knowledge in tacked. Once offer was extended I received a nice relocation package to help with the move from Los Angeles to Mobile.
