It was a 30 minute phone interview. The interviewer was super straightforward and honest about the position, benefits, and expectations. Towards the end of the interview, he let me know that he wanted to select me. I told him I had a preplanned trip coming up, and he was willing to work with me to get me into the position. I got the official offer two days later.
