Offsite ran via contractor. Straight and to the point. Very few questions pertaining to the job itself mostly ethical and work ethic related questions. Immediate supervisor as well as his supervisor participated.

First interview with HR, then with the department head for position you are applying for. Seemed to go really well but these positions are very competitive. Asked what my strengths and weaknesses are as well as whether I am capable of doing functions of this job.
