Virtual interview done for me by HR then a DM and finally process owner. Basically 3 round of interview . Though the time taken is ok, but once you get selected the on boarding process is the pain

This went straight from being found on a LinkedIn search to what seemed like an initial/final hybrid interview. This is likely different than their SOP based on my lengthy experience, the quick turnaround for their final selection, or a combination thereof somehow. I do recall an excessive number of hits to my LI profile during the process by the hiring contact. This made me question if there were MANY candidates, had organization challenges (lost my paperwork?), or auditing my skill set vs CV. (This behavior is very uncommon and not best practice. The interview was performed on video. If you are not comfortable with initial interviews on video, reconsider your position here. Most contacts with your staff and seniors are via video, since remote. I declined to participate further when I found their compensation policy not to match the general expectations in the ad. I am management level with decades of experience, which should be reflected in the upper offer range. They stated basically, this is not how it works so I withdrew my name. I found their lack of reply to withdrawal offputting; yet, it seemed to match other reviews of entry staff.

Question 1
I am glad I have a tech background because support is non-existent for technical issues in video meetings. about how I manage staff, if I have any idea what a basic KPI was and how it affects service level, and how I would manage a Team of Agents. I got the sense they were unprepared for my advanced questions about direction, KPIs as a function of closing, and other sales management and coaching cues. This leads me to believe their organization may not be well equipped to coach KPIs to closing ratio, etc. They were more interested in call length than closing ratios in a sales role? Coaching for results, not coaching only to correct. While the English proficiency exam was easy for any native speaker and the typing test was basic.
