You might be asked of hypothetical questions wherein they check on how articulate and spontaneous you are. If you pass the Initial interview you would be endorsed to take the call simulation. After the call simulation and you pass the test you would then undergo a panel interview. With panel interview anything under the sun kind of questions can be asked. It's very tricky because you wouldn't know on what kind of answer they are looking for. A tip for panel interviews is that, since what they asked are questions that are out of this world you might as well answer them with out of this world answers. Then after the panel interview would be the final interview then if you pass the final interview you would get a job offer.
