J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez HGS (Bengaluru) en févr. 2017

Entretien

First round will be face to face next there will be aptitude test and then versant and accent round and finally there will be face to face round with HR, it is very easy to crack the interview they will see only your communication.

There was three rounds of interview First was the HR round where they ask few basic questions 2nd SHL test to test your fluency in english . 3rd is the manager round

It takes week and after than i will receive email for interview . Interviewer is very good . In interview they ask how much experience do you have ? Do you have experience for call centre..?

it was good and easy to get by, wasn't much of a hassle, the coordinator was amazing and the training was good well, some topics were more practice-based but the support on the floor was great
