I applied for a server and they asked me to come in and interview. I went in and they told me unfortunately the server position was filled and they tried to interview me for a different postion. How unorganized

Submit application online or in person with hostess. 3 manager interview process. May conduct first and second interview on spot based on need. Third would be a call back. Interview starts the minute you enter restaurant. Any employee input may contribute to decision making. Back ground check and possible drug test.
