I understood well the Japanese structure, reporting lines, partners, etc.
Also, I was able to understand again that this is a great solution that is valued even more than Google, which strengthened my interest even more.

Entretien
Interview process went well. I am comfortable to join this interview. Some important information I got such as what will need to do and responsible about the job. Interview did via online WebEx on 4th July 2022. Still 1st interview and it will be more next stage interview if I am potential.

Very unprofessional and not pleasant! Beware of the Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. Has no due respect for candidate's time and a very negative candidate experience! So unless you are so desperate for a job, do not bother.

Question 1
No interview process has started but the engagement via social media is one full choke of unpleasantness from this junior recruiter. It was this junior recruiter guy who approached me via Linkedin for this opening. Supposed to have a first chat online and just a few minuted before the chat, this junior recruiter could simply just messaged me saying he was not well and asked to postpone to another day/time. Oh come on, I was already preparing to go in early as a courtesy to not to be late and yet this could happened plus no apologies at all. I have blocked off my time in advance to have this 1st interview
I replied questioning him why such last minute and he could have let me know much earlier in the day since he knew he was not well. No reply at all!
