I got reference or placement after gniit program,first was group discussion,you just need to speak here,second would be aptitude test,easy stuff and third would be operations round, and project leader and project manager would take that round it usually takes 2 -3 days..

There were in all 4 rounds. 1)Aptitude 2)Group Discussion 3)Meeting with a Senior Project Manager 4)HR interview First 2 rounds are conducted jointly by HR and a few employees. The last 2 interview rounds are the key rounds basis on which the selection takes place.
