Initially, HR brought me in for an interview and I didn't hear back for weeks. It was if I feel through the cracks except for the occassional, we're interested. The second time around, it was much more professional and standard, maybe because the first HR guy was no longer with the company.

Recruiter reached out to me via Naukri. Then he scheduled the interview. they where hiring for the sde 2 role. so they asked the basic question related to java and mutlithreading related question and oops

10 minutes interview with HR, 30 minutes interview with the team leader. Asked questions about my resume. I did not have the coding question. He introduced the project his team worked on.
