Walk-in- 31st July,2017 Source- Just like me,most of the people i met there received a Whatsapp Msg with time,date and employee reference details Location- 5th Floor, Bldg 5&6, Gate No.5, Mindspace Complex, Opp.Airoli Station(E) Eligibility- Above 50% Throughout SSC/12th/Degree. But most importantly Western Line Candidates are not preferred,Bcoz the company Bus travels only till Dadar. Shifts - Yes Rotational Shifts are compulsory & time is: 1 - Day 6:30am - 03:00pm 2 - Night 3:10pm - 11:45pm Salary- Monthly Rs 16,000/- with 3% increment annualy ( Free Travel to & fro ) Bond- NO ! Time- 9:30 a.m (I came at 9:45 and had to wait 1 hour along with <100 others for registration at the gates outside Mind-space.Fortunately for me,i atleast got to give the interview.later it was revealed that they rejected 400 applicants who came much later after some 300-400 had already entered) TIP:Try to be early as all kinds of ppl apply in large no.s . People who came 15mins earlier then me were done hours before i got to give my aptitude test. Positions- They said they were looking to hire 250 employees for the GIS Analyst position. Interview - Consists of four stages : 1)Screening test. (Easiest) 2)Aptitude test. (Easy) 3)Group Discussion (In this round you have to speak as much as you can, don't stop) . 4)Psychometric test. (Surprise Surprise !) The First round is the easiest,an employee interviewed 10 of us in a conference room.Only 2 People were rejected,bcoz they said nothing,twice,after even given extra time. -Just answer in English,A guy gave a ridiculous answer but still go selected bcoz they want to judge only communications ability. Next Up was Aptitude test(Bcoz of the large crowd,there was a gap of 4 Hours in between the 1st & 2nd Rounds.Use this time wisely to solve some questions online p.s. - i just sat there like others and regret for that time wasted now. - In Quantitative Aptitude there are questions related to percentage, averages, profit and loss, simple and compound interest. - In Logical reasoning there are questions related to blood relations, guess next image, guess next tilted image, Alphabets, odd man out - In Spatial test there are questions related to mirror reflection, water reflection, no of squares and triangles in a image - In English there is a comprehension consisting of questions and other aptitude questions I reached there at 9:45am but I could only give aptitude test@5:15pm,we all felt tired and i made the mistake of not preparing in the 4-5 hours we waited for the test. I read from glassdoor reviews that this test was easy,so I underestimated it & also the spatial recognition mirror image sums.Next day I received mail that I was rejected in the aptitude test & regret wasting this opportunity. P.S-better than staying unemployed,it is better to get this job & then search for a better job if u want.Employees here are very young.Apart from working,in the free time they study for exams till they pass & then simply move on when they get better job/selected in M.E or M.B.A colllege. Travel is not an issue,office and ambiance lookes great,Moreover the employees we met & saw were happy working there and the environment is youthful.I would stress you to prepare well for the APTITUDE TEST (the 1st & 3RD round are easy and the no one knows how to pass the Psychometric test is so unpredictable they say that it is your luck which will help you ace that) Or Else, you’ll have to wait 3 Months before nxt being able to apply.

It was 3 round procedure. That are Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Psychometric Test. Just psychometric test is quit tough to clear. Else are easy to crack. Group Discussion topics are Current topics that you can find on google.
