Mostly describing my background and my fit in the team. Two phone conversations with HR and a face to face with entire team, lasting 4-5h. Didnt get an offer, but HR was willing to give me feedback.
The company reached out to have a phone call with HR. I followed up promptly but they just ignored me after that. It's super unprofessional to just ghost someone like that looking for a job that YOU reached out too.
