group interview with employees and director. case load was unbelievable more than 60 clients no way to work with clients successfully judged by employees who obligated to not have any work life balance or be good case managers

It was very easy and straight forward. I was informed what the position entailed. I like what I heard and accepted the position when it was offered to me. I completed the background and drug test portion within 2 weeks.
