Informal interview with a senior executive manager. Off site. Very casual. The interviewer had a personality that he was better than you. He was certainly enjoying the fact that he had all the control.

Interviewer made the statement "We do not hire Managers from outside the company. You can start at a lower position and work up." Later on I found out that they hired another person in another leadership role from outside the company.

2 steps 1 technical interview ( over your CV and project you have been involved in) with 2 engineers mid-junior level and another one with more senior engineers conversation for the second round which is less technical

Tell me about a time where you had to solve a problem on your own. How did you approach it?
Questions that were directed in a way to see how much you knew about engineering. I think as long as you practice and refresh what youve learned and articulate your projects you will be fine
