You get contacted by HR and have interview with supervisor or manager of Order Processing. It takes a little bit of time, but mostly you will get hired quicker if you have background in interiors or flooring as well as excessive computer knowledge. They use SAP program, which is the hardest to learn but mostly it's attention to detail that is the most beneficial for this position.

Entretien
The interview process was a 3 step process. I first had a phone interview. If you meet the requirements over the phone. HR sets up a face to face interview. This interview is done with a 2-3 panel of managers.The management that interviewed me used a standardized form and asked very generic questions.
