Entretien
Interview process started with a conversation with the Internal Recruiter. That was followed up with a phone conversation with the Hiring Manager. I then was selected to come in and interview with 5 individuals. I came in to interview for an additional role as well. All interviews went fine (although there was a scheduled fire drill during my last interview). Not a good look for them. Every conversation was your typical "tell me about yourself & experience" & then they chimed in on their experience with the company & a little bit more about the role. The reason for the negative review is that the Internal Recruiter that was working on the openings was by far the worst communicator I have ever dealt with. I don't believe he/she fully understands the capacity of what his/her job is because something as simple as communicating to prospects (who have taken time out of their schedule to interview mind you) shouldn't be that hard. I received great feedback on the interviews and was told they would be making a decision soon & that they would be in touch. I never heard back. That ladies and gentlemen is the quintessential definition of bad customer service.
