I was called in and interviewed by the Director of Nursing. The interview lasted less that one hour. It was respectful and professional. I received an offer within one week with an expiration of two weeks I believe.

Entretien
Phone interview with the company representative that gives you an over all description of what the company stands for and what your job duties are. At that point they ask if you are capable of handling the jobs description. if agreeable a 1:1 interview is set up with manager the covering of the county you will work in. After manager your interview you are assigned to a nurse for a shadow experience. During the shadow experience you observe your job duties to report back to the interviewing manager, if job you are comfortable and capable to perform the job. Employee is observing you to report back to manager to see if you would be a good fit for the company. You know immediately after the shadow experience if you will receive an offer email. Overall quick process.
