Deep level interview in ReactJS, Javascript and CSS during first round. Second round is just a formality to fill a form.
The HR take lot of time for further discussions on salary. For me, they agreed on a salary and later they came back to me saying it is high expectation.
Dear HCL HRs,
If someone has said they are expecting a salary then tell them it is possible or not during initial screening itself. No point in wasting the time of candidate during your almost a year long process. Also, please learn to do better communication.

Walkin was organised clearly but took a lot of time need to be clear with notice period and offer letter took a lot of time to come even compete questions
It was a walkin, there we had 3 rounds, 2 technical round on react and then we had 1 Hr round so the entire process is quite average also prepare for html css and JavaScript they asked questions on html css and JavaScript

Interviewers do not turn their camera on. Jumps straight into skills test with no introduction or anything. Good thing that it's a short 30 minute interview. They have no personality, no nothing. Questions weren't hard but they expect you to know 100% of everything they asked.
