Job interview went smooth and questions asked weren't that difficult. It was a pleasant experience, just make sure you're educated on what you're applying for. They will use your CV as a guideline and ask questions regarding your potential future job, testing your competence in that regard. It's okay if you don't have an answer on all of the questions, you will get assistance and documentations on the job itself aswell.
The interview process includes an initial screening, a technical assessment on troubleshooting and system support, and a final interview with HR and IT managers to evaluate problem-solving and communication skills.

Over webcam interview in which a serious of IT related questions are asked. If you don't know the answer they will insist on giving it your best shot and will determine if you were close enough to the correct answer or not
