They were having a mega drive, which I joined through LinkedIn. HR contacted me within 2 days. She scheduled the interview for the next day. There was only one round which was mixture of Technical and HR. Interview went well, but they didn't updated what was the result.
I don't know why companies don't tell about the results.

I recently went through a recruitment process that consisted of three rounds in total. The first two rounds were entirely technical, where I was tested on my subject knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and practical applications. The final round was an HR interview, focused on personality, communication, and overall organizational fit.
