I interviewd at hcl this year February and had a horrible experience. I had already cleared written round and was called for a second round of discussion. Hr had told its scheduled but when I reached it was walkin.
The interview was supposed to begin at 10am but it started at 12 pm and all this while the candidates were asked to stand outside in the sun.
When we finally went in, they made us sit the whole day till 5pm in the evening and finally said that we need to give another written exam because the previous one will not be counted.
The worst of all these commotion was an HR who was screaming and misbehaving out of her wits.
Had the worst experience there.

As the placement process held in my campus the process went quite easy .Its Simple with introduction and project discussions and dsa quetions.they are not totally willing to take candidates of java as of now i feel and they r prefering .net pogramers

Entretien
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I felt confident throughout and was able to answer every question effectively. Though I didn’t get selected, it was a great learning experience for me.
