I was informed via mail from monster.com and i applied for it.. and shortly got a call letter for interview date and venue and other details. but i was shocked after reaching there and attending the interview rounds because some candidates were being selected even after low or no performance just because they had some "intent letter" about which i had no prior knowledge. i just wish they had informed about it in advance as i really wanted to join this reputed company.

Questions were of moderate difficulty level, not that hard.

Entretien
The interview basically is used to determine the verbal communication and is very easy. They asked my family background and work experience. As i was earlier working with Genpact in a process with different technical skills they didnt ask much about the job role. Basically all they want is average communication skills in english language or a relevant work experience.

Entretien
I was called to HCL hyderabad location office, Then first round , in which there was a Voice & Accent round.
Got Selected.
Then the technical round happened. Got Selected.
And the by 04:00 PM IST, got offer to Join.
Overall good and average speed process.
