I was scheduled an Interview on Thursday by 11am. I reached by 11:30 am. Until 12:30 there was no response from the HR. Then they tuk us for the grammar test. We completed the test and waited for the result so long. The way they announced the result was really not professional. Then we took the second Voice and Accent round. They provided the result and gave a lunch break. They said I was selected. After the break around 4 clock, we had third round - Online technical. Then they said we 7 people were selected. They gave the result by 5:15 and asked us to wait again. There were no further responses from HR. they said we have face to face interview. Until 7 they called none of us and no information was provided. Finally, they called few an had interview. they made 3 ppl to take retest. I was waiting so long. Then they confirmed me that I have been selected directly and asked o fill a Interview process form. We 4 were there and did that. They they finally called 3 of them and said that there is a bond for 18 months which we will have to sign and only then they will provide offer. Also they said that they will only the same CTC as in previous company for one and 35% hike for the other. I was still waiting. Then hat HR called me and said I was not selected in the 2nd round itself. We are really sorry. All they asked was sorry. But I spent one complete day there. Worst and unprofessional HR's. Worst experience in my life. Complete waste of time. They hired no one from 4 of us at last. 100% unprofessional. Will never attend anymore interviews in HCl and will not recommend to anyone.
