Interview was conducted via Skype during ramp up of major outsourcing endeavor. Was pretty generic and covered most of one's resume. Job responsibilities were discussed and agreed to but had been oversold and organization admitted not ready for job function upon arrival and I was re-tasked to other areas in addition to my primary job function
