Interview was chaotic, manager told me what my resume should look like. Told me what to say to different managers. Made everything look like rainbows and sunshine. Then later on was told that I was done a favor by increasing my salary.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
