Healthcare moves at a glacial pace. It could be from 2 - 4 weeks before you even hear back about your application. The interview is set up; those go pretty smoothly. Everyone is laid back and fun. If you pass, you are set up for a second interview, which essentially involves shadowing the job you want. If you pass that, it could still be another month before you know if you have the position. It could then take a few weeks longer while they complete the background check, you undergo a physical, and get shots if required for the job.
