I interviewed with three different people. It took two hours and met with clinical leader of both units, charge nurse, and HR. questions were not bad, just a lot of situation based
Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!

It was quick and simple, she just asked about my school, when I would graduate and my past work experiences if I had any and we schedule a in person interview with a “shadowing” experience
