It was very relaxed and laid back. Office interview first with the nurse manager then shadowing a PCT to get a feel for the floor and how you would fit in. All of the staff was extremely nice.

Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
