The job interview was straight forward and average questions regarding skills were asked. Interviews were all done using zoom. The recruiter did not accurately convey compensation during initial call. I declined the job because compensation was lower than my existing position.

Entretien
I had a screening call first with the Talent Partner and it was 2-3 weeks later when I was advised that I would have a competency-based interview with the line manager and senior colleague. The interview took about 30 minutes and I never heard back, despite chasing the Talent Partner via email and then leaving a voice mail. I know there's a lot of recruiters out there beginning to ghost candidates, but if someone has interviewed then morally and ethically, I believe you should hear back with an update in a timely fashion. Very disappointed by the way in which this was conducted and this experience reflects negatively on my opinion of the wider organisation.
