Once you get selected you will get an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. After phone interview you will get another phone call from the same recruiter to schedule a in person interview at the facility you applied for. After in person interview you will hear back from the recruiter either if they have decided to extended the offer to you/job or not extend the offer.
