Basic questions mostly behavioural and some technical questions and visa based and location based questions as well. It was a 30 min interview and he said if they want to proceed they will have one more technical round
I applied online and then was asked to complete a 'Personality Assessment'. The Personality Assessment, which they estimated would take 35-45 minutes, actually took much longer. Hundreds of questions. So, I spent an hour+ filling out page after page of personality assessment questions, and shortly thereafter was sent an email 'We appreciate your interest in our organization. At this time, we wish to inform you that we have decided to pursue other candidates for this position. Consequently, we will take no further action on your application at this time. '
Wow! I at least believe HCA should not waste my time if they don't want to chat with me on the telephone. Unless this is the job of your dreams that you are pursuing, I wouldn't waste the time on the Personality Assessment.
I don't care about being rejected, I just wish that I hadn't wasted my time taking the assessment. There was a niggling voice in the back of my head telling me that the process was goofy and I wouldn't want to work for them anyway. I should have listened to that voice, hunch, intuition, or whatever you would call it.

Technical 4 person panel interview, went very well. Anxious at first but as it progressed it was a good learning experience, especially for such a big organization.
