After putting in application it was a few days later I got a request for a phone interview with the recruiter. At the end of the phone interview I was set up for an in person interview with DON and department manager a few days later. After the in person interview I was called by recruiter 3 days later with job offer.

The interviewer was very informative. Asked a lot of questions on how I would handle challenging/unexpected situations. She gave me a tour of the unit at the end and allowed me to ask questions.
