The HBO interview process consisted of following rounds 1) Telephonic conversation with HR(30 Min) 2) Technical screening (45 Min) 3) Multiple rounds with Hiring Manager and other team members. 4) Final round with director. This whole process took more than 4 months. All interview were scheduled on multiple days with multiple cancellations. The HR team was very slow on conveying the results after every round. Personally, I feel they are unprofessional and lack respect for Candidate's time. Terrible experience as a candidate.
