Three rounds of interviews. The first one was by phone with a recruiter. The second two were over Zoom each with a staff member you'd be working with. They asked questions mostly about prior experience and technical topics.

One of the problems we deal with as acoustic engineers in automotive is dealing with such an untraditional listening environment that is a car's interior. What are some of the problems that you think contribute to this challenge?
