After initial HR call to set the interview time, I went to HAECO and had a conversation with HR for her to understand my background and career goals. The hiring managers came in afterwards to understand why I applied for the position and answered questions about the role itself, as well as its expectations. It was clear from the conversation that I was not a good fit for the role.
