The TA Manager reached out to me for a brief phone screen and covered the logistics of the role. She also asked me several questions pertaining to my experience. I then moved forward with a panel interview consisting of two recruiters on the team and a talent analyst. The panel interview was about 1hr, very upbeat and personable!
