It was at the very beginning after passing 2 exams with at least 80%. Communication skills and customer service skills must be revealed. It was very important to get higher than 80%, show knowledge of current policies and procedures, current income tax law.

I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

Very quick response to application. Interview was done via video link which was very convenient. Very Friendly and Easy to communicate with. Lisa made the process very pleasant and comfortable.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
