Upon completion of income tax course, you would be invited for an interview with the district manager. You are presented with a piece of paper and list the offices within the district that you would like to work at. If you are a returning tax preparer, you will be asked to generate more business during the re-hire interview.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
