Interview lasted 30 to 40 minutes.
She had quite a few interviews she had already done that day.
The manager asked about experience with handling cash.
Cordial and relaxed.
We discussed my experience in customer service. Explained there would be a background check.

Wanted to know how I'd handle the phone ringing while receiving a payment and another person coming up to complain about waiting too long. She told me my answer was the best she'd heard all day, so that was good.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
