I first had an interview with a Recruiter who asked the normal questions. I was then sent a video assessment, where I had to introduce myself and asnwer via video different scenarios and situations, This took me almost 2 hours to complete. One week after, I was called and sent an excel file with 4 different excercises that I had to complete in less than 24h, with the interview with the manager being in two days. I barely managed to complete the file in time due to how long and detailed the excercises were. In the interview, the WFM was incredibly rude and dismissive, questioning how I could be interested in this career when my education was not in the same field, and trying to pry confidential information about my company (I found out later that she was contacted by my employer to join my company so I guess she was screening my company rather than me). The recruiter looked bored most of the time, and he asked questions that seemed he just googled 10 minutes before the interview. After 2 weeks of silence, I was rejected with an automatic email that provided no feedback whatsoever. My experience was horrible considering the time and effort I had to invest to go forward with. If this is the recruitment process I can´t imagine how working here is like.
