I applied online. It was generally a very straightforward process, there were two people who interviewed me at once, they were both professional and nice, and asked easy questions like what my interests were, and what my strengths and weaknesses are.

Meh it was okay. The atmosphere was interesting, was exactly the vibes I was looking for in my work. But definitely could be someone else. Go for it if you really want.
