About a month after applying, I received a voicemail asking to further discuss my interest for the position. After a week of phone tag, he had contacted me I had to do a phone interview on the spot. It was a very comfortable interview and most of the questions were basic interview questions.

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
